Begin Every Morning With An Apple


We all know the saying, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. I personally cannot start my day without having one first thing in the morning. Why first thing in the morning you ask? The obvious reason is because they are delicious. The other reason I eat an apple before anything else, is because fruits digests quickly in our bodies. I learned this from nutritionist Kimberly Snyder, and it makes a lot of sense. Fruits are made up of mostly water and I don’t want anything interfering with the digestion of my healthy apple.
