        1. Apply SPF to your face and décolleté before going outside

        2. Use an exfoliator at least once a week (I use St. Ives)

        3. Drink more water and less carbonated, sugary drinks

        4. Invest in a good pair of sunglasses

        5. Moisturize (especially hands, elbows and knees)

        6. Remove all makeup from your face before you go to bed

        7. Add colorful vegetables and fruits to your diet

        8. Take a daily multi-vitamin

        9. Begin a workout regimen

        10. Make an effort to smile more often!
