Healthy and Convenient


One of my favorite things that I bought this year was my Aroma Food Steamer! You can steam just about anything in it; from rice and vegetables to different types of meats. Since I enjoy eating healthy, it has been so much fun to steam my veggies in. The food steamer is easy to use and the cleanup afterwards is minimal. Another plus is that when you steam vegetables, they won’t lose their nutritional value. I have been able to incorporate so many different kinds of vegetables into my diet too, like squash and zucchini (yum!).
