Wake up at the same time every morning, no later than 8am

Once up, splash cold water on your face

Keep active and take daily walks

Set out time for “mini-shutdowns”, which should consist of 10-15 minutes of pure silence to calm your mind

Drink water throughout the day (remember the 8×8 rule!)

Eat healthy snacks in between meals

Ditch the elevator and take the stairs whenever possible (my friend Indira taught me this trick!)

Wind down before bed with a book and turn off all electronics and distractions
