Nightime Ritual

I am a fan of Kimberly Snyder and admire her for her healthy habits. At the suggestion of her website, I started to drink her “immunity detox tea” at night before I go to bed. The tea consists of chunks of organic ginger, half of a lemon and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
