Bully is such an eye-opening documentary by director Lee Hirsch. The film was originally given an “R” rating for its language, which led to a debate to change it for a broader array of audiences. Thankfully, it is now unrated and I took my younger brother and sister over the weekend. Bully sheds light on the harsh reality many children face with bullies today. My heart went out to the kids in the movie who had to endure the day-to-day struggles in dealing with this type of behavior. Bullying is a serious issue that cannot be taken lightly and this film is a “must see” for both children and parents.
