The Simplest Way to Lose Weight

Drink water! Drinking more water is by far the easiest way to lose a few pounds. I practice the 8×8 rule, which is to drink eight, 8-ounce glasses of water each day. I began doing this last year when I wanted to tone up and shed a few pounds before my vacation. Prior to working out at the gym, I lost 5 pounds within a week simply by drinking more water – And, I have continued drinking each day since. Even though I have to make more trips to the restroom, I know my body is thanking me; Not only does water aid in digestion, but it good for your skin and can alleviate headaches and hunger.
