Woman Of The Week: Gabrielle Douglas
Congratulations to Gabrielle Douglas of Team USA! Gabby was awarded first place and given the gold medal in the Women’s Individual All-Around; that makes two gold medals for this sixteen year old beauty with a big smile. Gabby is now the third American to ever take home gold for the all-around AND the only American gymnast to ever win gold in the both the individual all-around and team competitions during the same Olympics. She is also the very first African-American and woman of color in Olympic history to become the individual all-around champion! We are so proud of you Gabby!
